At Glimmer Adorn, we strive to get your beautiful jewelry to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping rates and timelines below.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Regions

We currently offer prepaid shipping only within India. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and are clearly displayed at checkout.

• Inside Kerala: 
  - Standard Shipping: Rs. 70 flat rate.
  - Free Shipping: FREE on all orders of Rs. 800 and above.

• Rest of India (Outside Kerala): 
  - Standard Shipping: Rs. 100 flat rate.
  - Please note: Free shipping is not currently available for delivery addresses outside of Kerala, regardless of order value.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. 
• Transit Time: Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeline is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS so you can follow your package's journey.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier-related delays. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
