At this time, Glimmer Adorn does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Please review product descriptions, sizing, and images carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video at glimmeradorn@gmail.com.
After reviewing the issue, we will provide a suitable resolution if applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
